  • From the Pit and From the Grill selections are served with your choice of three side items.

  • Full meal selections include plates, napkins, cutlery, and carving if necessary.

  • Sausages are served on buns and Hamburgers are served on Kaiser rolls with an assortment of condiments.

  • Desserts are additional and upon request.

  • Servers: 4.5 hours minimum at $15.00 per hour, per server.

  • A fuel charge may apply depending on event location.

  • Boss Hogg uses Charcoal, Apple, and Hickory wood only.

If a function is booked more than one year in advance, please be advised that 
 prices may change in the event of a substantial fluctuation of the cost of food, 
and/or other cost or factors.

 
 
 

Terms & Conditions

 
THE HOOF PRINT (Terms)
  1. A 50% deposit of the total event cost is required.
  2. The balance of the total event cost, less the deposit is due on the day of the event.
  3. Credit cards are not accepted.
  4. Refund policy: All cancellations must be in writing. The refunded amount is based on the post-marked date of the cancellation letter.

  1. The total event cost is based on a guaranteed number of attendees.
  2. Seven days notice is required to add attendees to the guaranteed number.
  3. The total event cost will be adjusted on the day of the event for all additional attendees.
  4. The total event cost will be adjusted if an event is booked more than a year in advance and there is a substantial market price increase of food, other costs and/or factors.
  5. Minimum TEN (10) days notice is required to order pigs.
  6. A fuel charge may apply depending on event location.
  7. All selections are priced per person for 100 or more.
  8. Selection prices for less than 100:

  1. Menu prices do not include beverage or desserts.
  2. Desserts are available by request only for an additional cost.
  3. The customer will pay for any damage or theft of the equipment, vehicles or any other private property used for the function by Boss Hogg while on site.
  4. Any food not prepared by Boss Hogg and served at the function is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  5. Boss Hogg will cook on site for the function on or near or in a reasonable area. Areas that are not reasonable cannot be used. The best compromise for the event site will be determined by Boss Hogg.
  6. Boss Hogg will arrive at the event site prior to the attendees and will serve food for as long as necessary depending on the size and the needs of the group.
  7. Leftovers are the property of the customer and will be removed by the customer.
  8. The customer is responsible for clean up of the event. Boss Hogg will clean up the working and serving areas only.
